With a dedicated customer service centre (CSC) all calls are answered by a dedicated CSC controller with both industry and technical knowledge, our CSC controllers fully co-ordinate your repairs and also provide scheduling and reminders. Vehicle and Fleet reporting is also available from our custom built software which allows customers (account clients only) access to their vehicles information as well as online booking facilities.
